Shipping Policy

Pre-orders:

Pre-orders occur when we have incoming stock that has not yet landed in our warehouse. Since our products are made in Spain, large shipments can take a few weeks. 

Pre-ordering guarantees yourself available product upon arrival of new stock as we commonly sell out of limited styles and colours. Once the stock arrives our team will ship out your pre-order straight away.

Estimated arrival dates of specific products can be found in the product description on the product page of all pre-order items.

 

Orders and Processing:

After placing an order with us, it will typically be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. 

Our team is always working hard to get your order shipped out, however during sales, new product launches and peak periods like Black Friday and Mothers Day processing time may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience in advance.


Shipping and Delivery:

For standard delivery within NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD, shipping commonly takes between 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Our shipping carriers commonly include Australia Post and Aramex Australia.

Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Australia and therefore shipping times to SA, WA, NT and TAS take slightly longer. Standard shipping times for these locations normally take between 3 to 10 business days.

We offer free shipping in Australia for standard shipping orders over A$135. For Express shipping and orders under A$135 shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

For all international orders shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we do not offer Express shipping for any international orders.

 

Return Policy

Returns:

We have a 60 day return policy meaning once you have received your order you will have 60 days to request a return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us through our email hello@riamenorcaaustralia.com.au or by filling out the form on our contact page. 

In your return request please include your details, order number and the specific item(s) you would like to return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and in original clean condition as you first received them.

  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging including all tags.

  • Item(s) must be sent to RIA Menorca Australia, PO Box 6506, Mitchelton 4053, QLD 

Once we have received your return and it has been approved you will be refunded immediately. Banks and payment providers may take a few days to process your refund. Please note that in a return we are unable to refund shipping fees.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges include the same requirements as above. 

In your exchange request please include your details, order number, specific item(s) you would like to return and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange.

Once we have received the item you would like to exchange and it has been approved we will ship your new item(s) immediately. 

If your returned item(s) and exchange item(s) are of different value we will either charge or refund you the difference. This does not include shipping fees.

In an exchange you are responsible for the shipping fees required to send the returning item(s) to us however we will cover the shipping fees to send the exchange item(s) to you.
