Refund policy

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us through our email hello@riamenorcaaustralia.com.au or by filling out the form on our contact page. 

In your return request please include your details, order number and the specific item(s) you would like to return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and in original clean condition as you first received them.

• Item(s) must be returned in original packaging including all tags.

• Item(s) must be sent to RIA Menorca Australia, PO Box 6506, Mitchelton 4053, QLD 

Once we have received your return and it has been approved you will be refunded immediately. Banks and payment providers may take a few days to process your refund. Please note that in a return we are unable to refund shipping fees.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges include the same requirements as above. 

In your return request please include your details, order number, specific item(s) you would like to return and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange.

Once we have received the item you would like to exchange and it has been approved we will ship your new item(s) immediately. 

If your returned item(s) and exchange item(s) are of different value we will either charge or refund you the difference. This does not include shipping fees.

In an exchange you are responsible for the shipping fees required to send the returning item(s) to us however we will cover the shipping fees to send the exchange item(s) to you.
